I have until March 1, 2008 to complete TENTH GRADE BLEEDS and turn it into my editor.

Okay, first, a weather update. It’s snowy. Like crazy I-am-not-leaving-the-house snowy. However, the temperatures definitely allow for velvet and wool, so I am a happy Auntie Heather. I’ve spent the last few days sipping from steamy mugs with Vlad (mine’s full of cocoa…his…well, I’ll let you guess), and I’m actually enjoying this winter.

And yes, I realize I still have a few hoodies in boxes, sitting here waiting to be shipped. Aren’t I a terrible author?? But in my defense, I have been busier than ever lately (notice the blog slowing down?) and I’m also a bit of a forgetful idiot on occasion. So please, forgive me! Hoodies are on their way shortly. To make it up to you all, I’ll send you an extra bit of happiness.

OMG! I’m such a tard. Thanks to Eryc for reminding me to post this bit of happy news! I was interviewed by Kim Alexander on XM Satellite radio! If middle school sucked for Vladimir Tod, high school is a real drain. Besides being a punching bag for bullies, he’s still stalled with dream girl Meredith, and he’s being tailed by a photographer from the school newspaper.
