Things have been weird here lately for Auntie Heather, my Minions. I think it’s just a combination of being overwhelmed by several things, most of all the manuscript for TENTH GRADE BLEEDS (which is going well, despite my insistence that everything I’ve written is BAD). But whatever it is, I hit the wall today. I got that urge to throw my hands up and say, “That’s IT! I can’t take any more CRAP!” Of course…I don’t have much choice, as the book needs to be written, bling needs to be mailed (still haven’t received my order for more, but no worries, loyal Minion Horde…it’s on the way), and all of my stress-induced whining will do little to accomplish either. So, I tell myself, “Self, ” I say (cuz that’s what I call me). “Self, we need to pick ourselves up, brush ourselves off and get back to work.” Then Self flips me off. And I pull her hair. But eventually, we’ll get it together and the crazies will go away…I hope.
Wow, I’m being mega-random today.
Minions, pass on some happy news to cheer me, or at least some bad news so we can empathize with one another. Because, much like Vlad, today kinda sucks.

Hey, did you get my mail yet?
I now work EVERY Sunday at the library. Sunday is the slowest day ever (but also time and a half) so I make it go faster by treating your blog and all of your blog links as my Sunday paper. I go home uber excited to actually write something or at least do something. That is a vast improvement. lol.
I hear an envelope came in the mail today!!!

Aw man sounds tough Heather! I promise once my finals are done I’ll be on to drawing more pictures for you and writing that story I asked you about. Till then if there is anything I can do, e-mail me. Even if it’s just a little thing like bugging Wal-mart again to get Eighth Grade Bites in stock.
Best news I’ve recently is that I adopted a new kitten.
It will get better. You go through this with every set of revisions.
TO empathize: I have a sore throat which means I might have a cold and for some reason several people at my school think I have anger management issues (instead of just no patience for stupidity).

OMG! Poor Auntie! But don’t worry you’re not alone, literally. For one you and I act just alike, I always fight with (I call myself Akemi, don’t know why just do) and ocassionally it’ll turn into a fist fight. Also, I have a S.S. project due by the end of the month which I have not started at all due to my “me” fights and procrastination. Well anyway, you shouldn’t worry Auntie, the sun will come out tomorrow. Hopefully, cuz’ it’s friggin cold down where I am.
It sucks here in Wisconsin! It is soooo cold!!! I talk to myself all the time, but i call myself Ally for some messed up reason.
