It’s COLD today. Like -16 with the wind chill factor. Brrrr! So you can bet that Auntie Heather will be snuggling up under her evil Hello Kitty blankie today and wearing some of her fuzzy groovy neato socks to stay warm. And of course, repeatedly grumbling about how cold it is. Brr and Grr, Minions. Brr and Grr.
In other news, I’m amazed at how many situations you Minions suggested in the last blog comments (both on Bleeding Ink and MySpace) that were right on track. I won’t say which or how many, but a few were dead-on accurate as things that will come along in this series…which makes me wonder if my Minions are staring over my shoulder as I write. It also makes me feel like maybe I really do understand what my readers want, so that’s pretty cool.
And dude! Less than a week until the paperback of NINTH GRADE SLAYS debuts! In honor of that…

I cab not wait until tenth grade comes out. The Vlad books are soooo adictive. I got Ninth grade for x-mas and was like jumping for joy. they are definetly in my top five fave vampire books.

OMFGZ! i came as soon as i heard, unfortunately ive had some problems latly so i was a few days delayed on the news, ahaha. anyways this is quite an amazing opportunity considering im not sure if auntie heather will ever be comin to my little province of Saskatchewan, in the country of Canada (i hope this isnt a U.S contest only…fingers crossed that it isnt) so i hope for the best

Yay for spontaneous contest, so much better then spontaneous combustion. Well, unless my Algebra book spontaneously combusted without hurting anything else that would be pretty sweet! So yah, I sitting in the comfy yellow chair in my seminar room, on a spiffy laptop, and I am supposed to be studying for my exams, only I don’t have any! Yay for fun classes like choir, and AP English (every one says its hard but is not, odd). So anywhosen, I was thinking I should go to Heather Brewer’s site and play around there for a little while until I ‘m awake enough to be serious (less of a Marilyn, more of a Jackie {Legally Blonde the musical reference!} and take a nap, or read my copy of Ninth Grade Slays. The one I found autographed in the three dollar at a book store before I rescued it! Wow, how did my spontaneous contest entry turn into a rant….odd, oh well! Yay for reading, and its colder where I live! Its been -25 lately, but today its 16 (it’s a heat wave!)
